Positive: It's a bit out of Datcha town but that means it's quiet. There's a fine view across to Simi.
Negative: The owner and his wife looked tired at the end of a long season. Not surprising but I would have enjoyed more sparkle, which we found with many other places we stayed on this trip.

Positive: The breakfast was excellent, with home made jams and different dishes every day. The evening meals provided by the host Bulent and his wonderful team were magnificent - based around a simple of choice of 'fish' or 'meat' a multicourse dinner appeared - often a surprise and always delicious. The service was excellent. We were looked after like respected old friends by all the staff. The locations had beautiful gardens and countryside all round. The sea was a short walk to a scenic pebbly beach and a 5 minute tax ride to an excellent sandy beach closer to town.
Negative: We were were glad we were on the first floor as there is no lift that we were aware of.
Summary: Magnificent country hotel near to the sea and the town.

Positive: The villa is quirky and very quiet with very friendly staff. The food is absolutely sensational. I would highly recommend you eat at the hotel at least 1 night. Everything is walking distance away.
Negative: It is a bit far off the beaten track. It will take a full day to get there (European flights included). This is part of its appeal and why it is so quiet so totally worth it.

Positive: Loved the warm welcome from the owners who were so helpful with travel tips. They helped us plan a wonderful day at an olive farm, vineyard tasting, and visit to the old town Eski Datca. Also enjoyed access to a quiet cove for swimming via a set of stone steps from the hotel. We enjoyed a delicious dinner they prepared for our arrival night - best grilled sea bass we’ve tasted. Breakfast buffet is extensive. Interesting decor and artwork throughout the hotel. Great stay!
Negative: It was a bit far away from other things on the peninsula. We might want to stay in Eski Datca or Datca town next time. However, the owners made it really wonderful despite remote location.
Summary: Personal care from the owners, delicious dinner served on the pool deck, and access to a small cove for swimming in the
